Easy to make crepes
Mix eggs, milk, water, flour, sugar, vanilla and salt in a blender. Grease a griddle or frying pan with cooking spray. Pour some of the mixture into the pan while swirling the pan to make a thin round crepe (don’t worry if you don’t get it round).
When the crepe starts to dry on the top, turn it over. Cook for a few seconds on the other side, and then remove to a plate. Flatten the crepe and spread jam or filling on it. Roll it up and sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
