Oma Ingrid brought us this recipe from Germany. It is our favorite recipe when making Country Style Pork Ribs baked in the oven.

This is our favorite recipe for Country Style Pork Ribs baked in the Oven.



  • 2 Small Onions diced
  • 2 Small Apples diced
  • 2 Tbsp Brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Worchester Sauce
  • 2 Tbsp Mustard
  • 4 Tbsp Ketchup


  1. Sauté apples and onions in a small amount of oil for about 5 minutes. Add all other ingredients and cook for another 5 minutes.
  2. You can either pour it over pork and bake with the pork or you can use it as a rib sauce for barbequed ribs.
