This old German Recipe is a great use for leftover meats or cold cuts.
German meat SaladPrint
- 2 Cups Bologna or any leftover meat, like pork roast or steak. Ham works too
- 3 Tbsp Diced pickles
- 1 Small Onions diced
- 2 Red Apples diced
- 1 Small jar Mayonnaise
- 1 Cup Sour creme
- 1 Tsp Mustard
- Salt pepper and paprika to taste
Mix meat, pickles, onions and apples in a large bowl. In a small bowl combine mayo, sour crème, mustard and spices and mix well. Pour over meat mixture and toss. Chill for one hour.
