  • 2 Ea Eggs
  • ½ Cup Milk
  • 2 Oz Water
  • ½ Cup Flour
  • 2 Tbsp Sugar
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • 1 Pinch Salt
  • Cooking Spray
  • Jam or other filling
  • Powdered Sugar


  1. Mix eggs, milk, water, flour, sugar, vanilla and salt in a blender. Grease a griddle or frying pan with cooking spray. Pour some of the mixture into the pan while swirling the pan to make a thin round crepe (don’t worry if you don’t get it round). 

  2. When the crepe starts to dry on the top, turn it over. Cook for a few seconds on the other side, and then remove to a plate. Flatten the crepe and spread jam or filling on it. Roll it up and sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
