This is my version of Greek Moussaka casserole. Although not quite authentic. I think it is more flavorful than most versions I've tried.  I think you'll like it!

This is a great Morroccan style stew. It is delectably sweet and spicy (can be very spicy). You can eat it on it's own or serve over couscous or rice.
